This is not traditional coaching. This is a confidential, peer-level conversation where you bring your most complex challenges and we think through them together — drawing on real experience, not theory.
We can work on: navigating a difficult leadership decision · building or repairing your company culture · staying true to your values while scaling · handling the pressure and loneliness of being a founder · thinking through a strategic pivot or brand crisis.
My role is not to give you answers, but to help you find your own — by asking the right questions, sharing my own experiences, and offering a perspective from someone who has been in the arena
INVESTMENT & AVAILIBILITY

€250 per hour (+ ALV)
My time for 1:1 work is extremely limited to ensure I can give my full energy and focus to each session. I take on a maximum of 2–3 new sparring clients per month.
Format: Virtual, via video call
