I'm Mirjam Sokka, the founder of Kaiko, a sustainable fashion brand born from a desire to do business differently. After building a company that gives back, navigating a public crisis with integrity, and speaking on international stages — from Helsinki to Riyadh — about the power of purpose, I've learned what it takes to lead with both kindness and strength.
